The products you bought from Yastrid must be in original packaging, unopened, unmarked and in sellable condition. You may return items within 15 days of delivery. No returns will be allowed if past 14 days from delivery date and will be returned to the sender.

The item cannot be one of the “non-returnable merchandise” listed below.

Please contact Customer Service at +86 189 1864 3944, Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. EST. To ensure prompt return processing, please attach the original packing slip, Exchange authorization Form or Order number to the return.

Be sure to protect the items when shipping. Shanghai Yastrid Industry Co.,Ltd is not responsible for lost or damaged return/exchange shipments.

Shanghai Yastrid Industry Co.,Ltd cannot guarantee credit of a return if unauthorized or does not have an Order number.

Once an authorized return is received and fully processed a credit in your account will be issued in 5 to 10 business days.

If you would prefer a refund, it will be issued within 5 to 10 business days after processing the return. We will send your refund via the original payment method used to purchase the item.
